I just got a call from that same number and answered it because it was my son's cell phone. Someone speakin spanish so i hung up on it. Call came in for me at 12:52
I got a call from this number about 2-2:15pm on Mar 26th It was a foreign language Googled number and it's from Portland, Oregon

I just did a check on google and i typed 541 global area code. The call may not be coming from Oregan. Its also a phone card from Guatemala-Mobile, Czech Republic-Mobile and Switzerland-Mobile. hmmmm
I received a call from (541) 969-9876 today at 2:26pm. I'm in Indiana. I didn't hear the call. I checked unknown calls at switchboard.com and saw that it was from Oregon, Umatilla County, with a provider of RCC Holdings, Inc. and the phone type is listed as wireless. Then, I googled the number which is my back up research and found this posting. I'm more inclined to believe that it's a foreign country, but what do they want - what kind of scam.
I got a missed call from this number also at 2:43 PM PST I am working so I can not answer here. But I tried to call it back within 10 minutes and now it is disconnected???????
