Got a call, decided to answer even though I didn't recognize it, got the recording in Spanish. Hung up and called back and also got the "Unicell" BS. I'm in Los Angeles, and this was on my cell. I'm getting creeped out by the number of telemarketer/anonymous calls to my cell phone. I don't even answer my land line anymore, now I get to worry about my cell too?
Got a call for this number on my cell and when I answered it is just a spanish speaking answering machine...

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
