I received a call from (+5614827092) and they hung up when I asked what company they were with. I dialed back using the "+" 561-4827092 and it said I could not complete the international call.Hope someone knows how to stop this.

This number keeps calling for quite a while now. I started off by just ignoring and hanging up when I heard the automated message but they just keep calling back. I'm getting the "we can lower your interest rates, press 1 to be connected with a representative" I press 1 and the phone seems to hangs up. I try calling back and the number is disconnected. These phone calls seem to keep coming in does anyone have any advice on how to stop them from calling and can any legal action be taken against them for harassment?
I'm going back to hanging up on any telemarketers. I got a call from this number about reducing my credit card rate, I asked them which credit card and they said we deal with all Visa and MC. They asked me to verify my name and phone number. I did (dumb). I asked AGAIN WHAT credit card, she hung up. I *69'd and got this number 561-482-7092.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
