I received a call from this number on Saturday 10-8-2011, my caller ID, identified the call as "phone scam" obviously with that kind of identification, I did not answer the call!
I received a call from this number on Saturday Octo 8, 2011. My caller ID identified the caller as "phone scam". Obviously with an identification like that I did not answer the call.
Caller ID said "PHONE SCAM". I'm guessing somebody needs the job, but figured out how to program the caller ID to warn us not to bother to answer. If so, I hope they last a long time before their scamming employer figures out that the scammer is getting scammed.

Showed up on my caller ID as PHONE SCAM which I thought I programed it to say that because I have gotten similar calls about a year and a half ago, I talked to the guy and demanded and I was really pushy that I was to be put on his do not call list because I am on the No Call List and he is not to be calling me, he said he could not and about then my dad gets on the phone and he screamed at the guy, "get off my f***ing phone" and hung up and I continued to tell the guy why can't I be on the no call list and he said I had a credit card and I'm like "no I do not" and he said "a visa?" and I said "I don't have a visa because I don't have any credit cards! So I don't see why you have contacted me I DON'T WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY YOU" and finally he offered to put me on a do not call list. Asked me my phone number told me to remain on the line 30 seconds and I stayed on the line till I got the signal from the operator that the call was disconnected.
Imagine my surprise when I came home from work and the number 567-248-4400 was listed on my caller ID along with the name "Phone Scam" Maybe they do that to see if you will be interested enough to answer or call back. One of the ways I stopped these kinds of calls for a long while was to connect my fax to the phone line and let them get a fax tone. Worked until I got tired of disconnecting it, may have to start up again.
Got a call today. Didn't answer. Caller ID showed name of calling party as Phone Scam. LOL

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
