Received one call from this number around 9:30 PST this morning today. Luckily I keep my cell phone on silent so I didn't notice the call until later.
The galaxy has another feature in the reject list, there is a drop down list next to the number where you can select "starts with" and just enter the area code and the next 3 digits - if the spammers have a bank of voip numbers in that area code and city, this reject format will stop hundreds of those calls too.
According to AT&T the number is supposed to belong to Cheryl A Marr at 211 Highway 50Rosebud, MO 63091. However if you try that number you will get "this number cannot be completed as dialed". So it appears to be a fake or "spoofed" phone number.
