got a call from this 574-xxx no message left, no caller id 8/14/14

We receive calls from this number numerous times each week & there is never anyone on the other end.

Got a call from 574-306-0612. The man said he was calling from Wells Fargo. He had my name and wanted to confirm that I was the person responsible for CC processing. I told him that his caller ID did not say Wells Fargo and I was not going to provide any information without proof. He hung up. Calling that number gives you nothing.

Have called several times. I decided to pick up this time to ask to be removed from their list. She claimed to be from Wells Fargo asking if i accept credit cards. I explained that I am not a business (which is true) and she confirmed my name then hung up on me while I tried to explain again that I don't operate a business.

This number calls here all the time looking to sell us credit card processing. We have them a fake name to ask for. They claim to be Wells Fargo. If they were the last bank on the planet, we would not be using a bank. Their find print has already done a number on us. We have requested numerous times to be taken of their call list. Do they have that many people that they can call constantly? Or are they only calling me and a few others??? I think I'll start quoting scripture to them the next time they call.

Caller: Asked for the owner by first name.ME: He's unavailable is there something i can help you with.Caller: Is the owner the one responsible for credit card processing. ME: No. Caller: Well who is? ME: Do you do business with our business or are you just trying to sell us something.Caller: Uh i... i 'm with Wells Fargo. ME: Are you sure, cause you don't sound too confident. If you were with Wells Fargo you'd know who works with our CC payments.Caller: Maybe i should call back later.
