I got a call from these people and i don't want them calling my cell phone. Iv never gave them permission to do so. If they cant even leave a message on my voice mail, they just hang up. I'm disabled and don't want this or them playing games with me. If they want me they can send a letter or a copy of a bill if there is one by mail. also it was at night after i layed down as i'm disabled.. Iv heard several complaints on these people besides of being rude to people.If im correct if had a run in with these people once before a couple years ago and was to send me papers etc and they never did and i wasnt going to do a dam thing till i got what i asked for. Just dont want them calling me or showing at my door. Its called the us mail only !

i filed banruptcy in July 2010. received my discharge papers 2 weeks ago. why am i geetig calls from this number? i thoiught it was against the law to contact me after i received a discharge!! please help!

585-496-7363forgot to mention, when i receive these calls, no one ever identifies themselves nor do they ask to speak with anyone. all they say is "we have received some disturbing information in our office and due to the sensative nature call bac. i won't call anyone who will not identify who they are or not even asking to speak with a certain person. how do i know if this is even a call for me or my husband. they may have the wrong number. they also say - i njeed tospea to you directly press some number on the phone. yeah sure, that will never happen, could be a scam, again please let me know if anyone else has recevied calls like this one

They will start calling your job next...then say you owe them money......send for employment verification to your boss....oh and tell you they plan to have you arressted or a warrant issued. If you ask for the prrof or account information, they won't want to give it to you, will ask for your bank account information, they will tell some ending account numbers but it will be wrong...the jerks. I told them I didnt have one they told me i was going to jail and if i wanted to keep from going to jail then I am to call them back before the week is out...told me to consult my attorney.

Stalkers who phish on the telephone because they don't have any information on you, not even your address. For example, they will probably pretend that mail sent to you was returned, hoping you will blurt out your address, etc.Be advised that the FBI has a website where one can report any federal crime or suspected crime.

You can sue theam for calling you now that you filed it is haresmennt as is against the law you can seu them for mental anguist and haresmment

The company is breaking many lawes tape what they say and file lawsuit you can sue for more thean you for what they put you trough

I received call for the first time this morning from this number, but no one was on the line. Only music playing continuously. Probably the first of many calls to come. Thanks people for all your previous input was great and now I am better prepared to handle these creeps.
