The name on my caller ID was b(6) and the Ph# was the same area code as where I reside.
It was someone calling about the "Health Dialog" with Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance company.

I don't believe it. The caller didn't leave a msg; simply hung up. If they were really Blue Cross/Blue Shield, then they would ask for a call back.
Someone with that number called me during dinner and did not leave a message either...nothing showed on my caller ID for them
I received a call back from this number from a nurse line. Earlier in the evening I had called the 800 number on the back of my insurance card to talk to someone at the nurse line. They returned my call later. This is the number that came acrossed my caller ID.

We are nurses, dieticians and respiratory therapists who provide reliable, up to date, evidenced-based general health information by phone. It's a free service provided due to your insurance company contracting with Health Dialog for the health coach service. Health Dialog is NOT a telemarketer.
FYI-the health coaches only leave a voicemail after a third attempt to contact you. If in doubt, call your insurance company and verify you do have the service.
