I agree, if you're legit, leave a message. We don't answer the call if we don't know who it is. It's annoying! Why would I talk to some random person from New Hampshire about my health anyway?
This is pure nonsense. I got a call this evening from "Health Coach," and I don't have BCBS insurance. This is data mining, and if you tell them anything, you're asking for trouble. Demand to know how they got your number and any information they think they know about you. That is, if you take the call. Better to let it ring unanswered. I took my answering machine off my line. No one can leave me a message, but I call back the #'s I recognize from caller ID. Works for me.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
