Phone rang two times when I went to pick it up.. no one was there
Didn't recognize the name therefor I deleted the message without listening to it.
You are correct. It is a health coach calling to talk to you about a health-related condition. Mostly to check and see how you are doing.
Now we know why you are called Disturbed !
Proper protocol would suggest that the caller initiate the call with:"Hello, this is XYZ calling from BCBS. I am a Health Coach to assist you with any problems you may be experiencing". Whoever is training these people is inept, but that does not surprise me with BCBS of FL.To BCBS, when I need you to pay my bills you never know what is going on so why bother calling me when everything is okay? Buzz off.
When we need help, BCBS does everything they can not to provide. Save your good samaritan gesture for the person who just had a serious car accident and needs help. Leave the rest of us alone. We don't appreciate your prying. If you must call, start with your name, your status, and the nature of your call. If you can't do that, don't bother picking up the phone. Ever heard of Miss Manners? Probably not.
"Health Coach." If I'm sick and call them, they tell me to see my doctor. Duh. If I'm VERY sick and call them, they tell me to go to the Emergency Room. Duh. Now why couldn't I have figured that out? Duh.This is some sort of contract that BCBS has entered into for reasons that escape me, but which really SOUND worthwhile. Health Coach. Say it again. Sounds good doesn't it? Worthless.
You continue with the inappropriate, rude, and inept qualities shown by your cohorts. SANE is not the accurate description I would assign to you.
It's FREE HEALTH CARE! Why people like you complain about bills not being paid by insurance companies, and then turn around and complain free healthcare too, is beyond me.
I do not need Health Dialog to interrupt me at ANY time, especially first thing in the morning.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
Automated message that a charge for $1,300 has been made for an order for 3d printed headset. If this charge is not valid, to call the number displayed on my phone. No identifying information given.
This number calls my work number 2-3 times every day and doesn't leave a message. Telemarketer or scam.
