And all of the numbers you have listed are spoofed (false). The "card service" scammers use all spoofed numbers to hide their true locations and identities to avoid prosecution, and also to make it appear they are calling more locally (at least from your own country). Most of these calls originate from down here in the U.S. where this has been going on for 10 years!
Down here in the U.S., where most of these calls originate from, there is legislation pending to outlaw the spoofing of name and number on caller id, which would make it easier to locate and prosecute these and other scammers.
I get calls from this number a lot and I'm on the NO CALL LIST. Which does not mean anything.It's a scam about lowering your interest rate. I would did not say anything and they hung up.
I get a call about 3 times a week from these [***] AT WORK. I have better things to do than pick up and answer to these lowlife scums. I wish i had a call block here at work. OMG this has to stop!

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
