Ok this number just called and said that it was something about a credit card and final notice about lowering the Interest rate ... It was very computerized! I did not believe it because it did not say mine or my husbands name
tried to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers haven't they got anything better to do!
This "2nd call to lower your credit card interest rates" is an obvious scam. Press 1 and you will eventually speak with a human who disconnects on the first question as to why they are calling. Perhaps if everyone were to repeatedly call he number it would result in an overload of their line and a DNS, If NOT a legitimate Richmond BC number the Telco's should be forced to deny access by them to their system.
panasonic cordless also lets you block up to 30 numbers, so you can lose at least some of the nuisance callers.
Scam goes as follows....message from credit card services, final notice push 1 now...want to lower your interest rates, give us $400 dollars and we can help, wanna be more gullible?, give us $7000 and you can invest in our company in arizona. Great returns in upcoming months, and months after. Still wanna believe? Will fax paperwork to your local cab service and have them deliver to your door for you to sign. Once you sign papers your screwed and will never see or hear again from these people. Sounds to good to be true?...it is! These people make it sound good, it's their job, if they can't make it happen, you'll get transferred to the next guy who can, the one who has no conscience, soul, or have any of the hardworking morals and values you have, that helped you earn the money their gonna steal from you....don't be fooled.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
