This is a scam automatic dailer. The recording in Spanish says that you have won $3000 and in order to collect the prize, you need to call another number. I have reported this to the FCC 3 times, and they have taken no action.
I just got the call around 11:45am. I didn't answer and they did leave a 0:01 second silent voicemail. My iPhone says the call is coming in from Rapid City, SD.
WTF does that have to do with the issue of these numbers calling then hanging up? And it is Spanish not "latino" language why don't you read a book.
I just got the call as-well at 12:40pm I hate scams i didn't know the number so I didn't answer
