Same crap as indicated before. I have been screwing with them for some of the evening. I eventually indicate that that I use a Mac and that stops them--FYI I do used MS. Additional return messages to them now gets a busy signal. I love having some free time to f$$k with them. Life is good!

' What kind of a message is that anyway, right? Bad English even if it's repeated by a robotic voice without an accent. Definitely a scam preying on fearful people who don't know any better.

Called here yesterday around 1:30 PM PDT. Left same voicemail about computer problems as all those detailed before me. Did not answer & erased the msg.
This number called my phone and left a voicemail that said that if I am a Windows user, my computer is at risk and all my files may be compromised. If I had answered, I could press 1 to talk to their security, or I could call them back at this number. Scam
Called about back braces and knee braces. The say they will bill your insurance and medicare. They then bill the insurance for items they never send

Nobody here uses Microsoft products. Don't fall for this and warn your poor elderly relatives who don't know any better.
Called and left message. Said someone was trying to hijack my computer. Said if I was using Microsoft I needed to call back so the tech could help me fix it now or I computer would be wiped out. Blocked!!
