Caller ID as Smith Tech left no message blocked

Same Robocall as noted above, faux Microsoft Security call. This 800notes page should be more widely publicized, as it has given a voice to all who have received scam calls, as well as at least an initial check for whether some unknown number has already demonstrated a dubious history. Some areas already have volunteer programs to instruct vulnerable groups, especially seniors, as to the ways phone scams work, but too many know so little about how computers work that they don't stop to consider their phone number and computer are not directly linked, and the logic just is not there. We let the answering machine screen everything we don't recognize, and any legitimate call will leave a message, or call back. Take control of your phone.

Left a computerized voicemail. I did not answer.

I did not answer the phone. A message was left to contact them ASAP because my computer is infected and that soon my operating system will be disabled. This is not the first time they called and left the same message.

Fake tech support informing me my computer was infected...lol. These [***] need to get a real job.

How do you block a number?

Scam call saying that my "credential information" was compromised on my computer when using Microsoft Word and to call their security team to fix it. It was a robo recording.

I received a call and a voice message from that number stating that it had to do with my computer and Microsoft. I I needed to contact them ASAP or risk my private information being lost. Interesting. Same phone number used for two very different concerns. Anyway, it's SPAM.
