Same thing happened to me too!1st call is blocked by Robo call, then it calls back using noborobo's own #, which bypasses the system!I've now reported it to noborobo, but maybe other people reporting it too will help?
My situation was exactly the same! Nomorobo picked it up the first time, them immediately another number came in and got through!

Called immediately after 877-822-2928 was blocked. WIthin seconds got a spoofed call from 608-371-6666. Call got through and this guy sounds like he is either distracted or drunk. I asked: Who the heck are you?He said: If you are gonna be like that.. I said: Well, YOU called ME and then I hung up. These numbers have to be related.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
