First there was a call from 857-255-3020, and immediately after Nomorobo caught it (rings once), this number rang (again, Nomorobo caught it). The 857 number reads Newtonville, MA. on Caller ID; this number shows the number on Caller ID. So far (dinner time) there have been five unwanted calls today -- there's still time for more.
I just got a call from the same number and they said they were from Computershare,calling about my vote on a stock I own. Scary!
shortly after multiple NoMoRobo incoming calls blocked,- got spoofed on this NoMoRobo number - for some "energy conservation" assume solar scam....asked for me by formal legal name (assume live caller?)I added the number to my 'Digitone Call Blocker Plus!' ... and they repeatedly attempted calls again mutliple times (blocked)....the slimeballs are learning to adapt to NoMoRobo.. (but easy enough to add them to private bock list or device).
They knew my full name and asked about a stock I am invested in. Supposedly inquiring about my proxy vote for shareholder meeting. I hung up on them. Def scam.
Caller ID said "Maine Med Ctr" -- obviously spoofed. If I & Nomorobo hadn't previously blocked that #, I might have picked up, since I know a couple of people who have admitting privileges there. I've gotten the "Microsoft" calls, the "debt collection" calls, the "US Treasury "prosecution" calls, etc. I keep trying to figure out who -- from what group or agency -- is selling these numbers to the scam artists. I never used to get them.
energy conservation - likely solar scam. Live caller, telemarketer asked for me by name. Apparently NMRB calls are prompted for a random code to allow call to go thru on this CID if live caller (thats why it arrived moments after a blocked robocall). I added number to my blocking device... and sure enough there was a wave of additional attempts to follow. This may someday block a real call (but so far I have not found a legitimate caller that was falsly blocked by NMRB).

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
