didn't answer multiple calls

i get this call all the time and i want it to stop to they called this moring and they called again today and im going to call them and tell them to take the number phone the list

These people call me 3 to 4 times per day! The first 2 times I answered they wanted to verify my name and also verify my last 4 digits (which were correct) to my credit card. I refuse to answer their calls now, but I am getting very sick and tired of them calling me. They call from 2 different phone numbers. One from New York 845- 694- 7045 and one from Canada 613-333-3456. Are there any legal actions that I can take?

These yahoo's won't quit calling. I told them that they have been reported to the fraud unit. I was suing them for harrassment . I am sick of them. I think they are Philiapinos. why they have my last 4 digits of credit card but they don't know who is the bank that issued it. I know this card of mine was compromised and closed months ago, but my other card yesterday after these creeps keep calling the fraud unit did call me about my debit card being used in Mexico for a huge amount of money. Thank God my Bank is the Best and catches this kind of stuff. This is just aweful. I want to know how to get these people for fraud and they have our information which really sucks

I simply answered, "Department of Justice," and they hung right up! They'd called 4 times, and didn't call again.

receiving this same call on my work phone.(613) 333-3456. Knows last 4 digits of a credit card and stating that I was good customer... I asked them not to call my work number and they called back three times the same morning.

Multiple calls from this number (613-333-3456). Several a day over the past few weeks. All with the same $100 gift card scam, obviously phishing. They start with the last 4 digits of my wife's Visa card, and dangle the gift card as a lure.Of course,when I tried to dial the number, the call goes nowhere.My wife canceled her credit card and replaced it with a new one because of this.Most recently, I asked them to quit calling (probably will not help), and they flat out denied that they had called before. I recognize the woman's voice though.No doubt, they will not stop.

Last night a friend of ours received a phone call asking for my husband!! She promptly called me to find out what was going on. SCAM!!!! This is a Candian number. They must not be under the US guidelines for call center/telemarketing, etc. In the US calls from telemarketers, etc must show a live and current phone number.

I have been receiving 2 and 3 calls a day from this number. Most of the time I don't answer, but when I do I immediately tell them I am not interested and to not call this number again. It infuriates me to continue getting the calls.

I received a call from this #. They told me because I was loyal card holder to verify personal information so they could send me a $100 gift card. I do not have a credit card. How did they get my number? People need to be aware of this scam!
