I am called almost daily by this phone number. Never a message and no one answers if I call back. I have a feeling it's solicitation from an online university that gained access to my info on a job site I used to try to obtain work. When they first began calling (from a MA area code, I told them I'm not interested in going back to school. I'm 62! They called again from a different MA number.
I got a call from 617-356-4651. I didn't answer it, they didn't leave a voice message. I called the number back and a recording said "Welcome to Verizon wireless, the number you have dialed has been disconnected".

Call came in just minutes after I'd given my private cell number to a doctor's office in Boston. I had NO IDEA from what # the doc would call. Missed this #'s call while driving; called it back and got a recording that it was a "VERIZON WIRELESS number that was "NO LONGER IN SERVICE." TOTAL SCAM. Really SUCKS that they prey on people who have legit CRITICAL personal business with people in Boston, which is a MAJOR MEDICAL Center for really specialized and top medical care.There should be a SPECIAL penalty for these SCUMBAGS.
Got a missed call on my cell phone from this number today (April 27th) at 1:28 PM. No name....just the phone number, time and date showed.
No problem. We all understand you must be so angry when you entered the message. I am fuming mad myself. Those people just won't stop calling.

Harassing call from a company claiming to be attempting to collect on a nonexistent unpaid debt. I verified on my credit report that no such debt exists.
I found this phone number when I searched to see if I was hacked. This number has my calls forwarded to this number and I don’t even know who they are! You are being reported!
I just called the same number after binge watching decades later. I was looking for Phil but he did not answer. Left a message, had mobsters show up about 30 minutes later to my front door. Thankfully they left, no issues. Just wise guys....
