I just received the call as well. Said hello a couple times, no one talking, so I hung up. I googled the number and it brought me to this sight.
This number called me cell this morning. A recording said something like, This is important dont hang up! The US Dept of Education is doing a new student loan forgiveness program. Press 1 to answer two simple questions or press 9 to be taken off the call list.
Received a call yesterday on my home phone and today on my cell phone. Both calls were recordings telling me I had won a free cruise. Both phone numbers are registered on the "do not call" list.
Got a call and didn't answer. Caller didn't leave a vm. When I called back it went directly to vm and the message was that the owner hadn't set up a vm box. Scam. I blocked the caller and reported to FTC.
Got a call from 617-356-4651 Saturday 4/4/2015 10:13 AM. The ID was "Wireless Caller".I did not answer . No message was left. I am blocking this number.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
