When I answe I got a recorded message so I figured it was a scammer so handed up call my police department
I received a call from this number on my cellphone & did not answer it. No message was left & I did not call them back. Thanks for the heads up about them.
Report of a "government grant application" I submitted---- scam. This and 12 other calls received in 1 day since downloading an app called "Analyze Me" coincidence???

These people posed as Health and Human services wanting my address.the address they had was from several years ago.when I questioned why the guy sounded like he was in India he got smart with me.
Definite scammer...When I immediately called back, .....got a recording, saying "this number has been disconnected"
