"Allison Poole" says today is my scheduled "service" date and she is coming by to give me documents. I need to be home w/ proof of my identity. She claims she is coming by to see me. I guess she is hopping on a plane across the country JUST to see me! If she shows up, I will call the cops for stalking!She also instructed me to call 716-462-6620.
Just received another call from this number. Didn't pick it up. Checked it out for possible scam. Bingo ! This kind of thing is getting worse . It's to the point I don't Even want to answer the phone at all.
They said that they worked for Microsoft and were getting error messages from my computer. Told me not to hang up because they could tell me how to fix it. Funny - when I read other people's posts, I realized that I had gotten the IRS scam one also - not sure if it was this same number though. But they are definitely scamming something...
Called me 5 times yesterday and today! I don't answer unless I know the caller, and now I'm really glad I didn't answer.
I received a call from this number, didn't answer it and no v/m. Then I googled the number and found this site reporting it's another scam. Glad I didn't answer it.
