called on cell phone. Do not answer calls I do not recognize. Cell # is registered on do not call list, a lot of good that does. Probably scammers,

Received a recorded call that said they were the security dept. of my bank! Claimed my account has been blocked to press 1 to proceed further. Call came in on 5:30 Saturday evening. I received another call at 5:11 Sunday morning with a caller ID of 7777 with the same recording.

answered the call. couldn't understand the guy's heavily accented speech. he said they got an alert about "our system" that needs to be serviced. asked him who his contact person is. He said it's a company. my number is a personal cellphone. he hung up.

They called me today. Said they were from Microsoft and I had a lot of maleware on my computer and all I had to do was let him remotely access my computer and he would clean it for me. I asked how he got my number as I have no account with Microsoft. He said that my computer has an ID that is linked to my phone. I told him to go scam someone else and he insisted that it wasn't a scam. Sure... Random number calling ME to try to get remote access?

I just got a voice mail from this number threating "Serious legal trouble" if I did not respond. Guy gave first name of Adam but had a very thick east Indian accent. Deffinatly a scam as any notification must be done by certified mail and threats like the ones left me are illegal.

Just got a call from this number and said that they were from Windows service department and they were getting reports from my computer that there was something wrong with it. He wanted me to get onto my computer. I didn't find out what else he wanted because I hung up on him.

Some "A" Hole ([***]) with a middle eastern accent keeps calling me saying he needs to log onto my computer to fix it, I told him I work for the FBI and he hangs up

They stated that they can help fix my issues over the phone be following instructions to a website. They couldn't answer my questions regarding what version or computer/account was sending the messages.Phishing for information. Don't return or answer.

This is a computer scam. They were trying to get me to send them my information.
