No matter what you say to them (if you get the chance to tell them) they continue to call back. Last call from a female, I asked what the hell did she want. Ouch, she got offended and said you don't even know me. So I said and you don't know me... She hung up.... Guess what, that was yesterday 11/17 and 'SURPRISE, SURPRISE, NOT' they called again today around the same time. This time it's back to the calling and hanging up, however they listen for awhile without saying anything and then hang up. I can expect another call from them in a couple of hours. it's a pattern, a scam and typical..

Called, "free carpet cleaning", they knew my wife's name and said she gave them my cell # (which I knew right away that was a lie, she wouldn't do that) to call me to set it up. When I told her I would call my wife to figure out a good time, the lady got all pissed off and told me how stupid that sounded, and she really needed to know if I was interested in it. I said "can I call you back at this number?" and she hung up on me. Blocked call.

CallerID said VOIPSTREET and the ONLY reason I answered it was that I thought it may have to do with the call I placed with the City of Phoenix about the street light that got hit outside my house. Lady said she was with Bright and Shiny and was not happy when I went off script and asked the litmus test questions, "Have we ever done business before?" "Is your company a charity?" etc. Their tech should have the DNC list loaded in the blacklist numbers section of their RDD software.Reported to the DNC website.

caller said bright and shiny, ,asked for homeowner, i asked what they are selling, they said free carpet cleaning, i said not interested take off list, then they talked back and asked why i wouldnt answer her question why i wasnt answering if i was the homeowner.. rude and hung up on me.

I never answer any call identified as a Voice over Internet Protocol. This one is no different even when they call multiple times a days, day after day. Turds.
