CID said VOIPSTREET. Must have hung up as soon as their call to my landline was transferred to my cell phone, because I didn't hear the cell phone ring. Wouldn't have answered it anyway, since I don't answer the phone if I don't know who's calling. Thanks to the comments above, I now know that it's "just another SCAMMER", and I don't need to waste my time with them. No message.
I missed a call yesterday and then again today, so I called them right back. It was a very nice person who said they're offering a free cleaning of carpet, tile or furniture and do I have more carpet or tile. I said no thank you and please put me on the do not call list and he said, okay, no problem, have a nice day. :)

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
