I Googled Kantar Ops and easily found a site for the company, which is a research company. Just moments before I received their call I had gotten a call from a politician asking me to participate in phone connected forum. I suspect that the survey company was a follow up call as I did not participate nor even answer."Kantar Group companies conduct research for many of the world's leading brands and provide marketing intelligence which enables clients to make informed business decisions."Recently I entered three online sweepstakes which is out of the ordinary for me. The survey could also have been from one of them. Anyone else entered Pringles, Home Depot, or Victory motorcycle giveaways?

Once I rode my Victory to Home Depot to buy some Pringles

I normally look at my caller ID, and its obvious, so I dont answer, sometimes I forget, and answer it, whom ever they ask for, I tell them he, or she, passed away two days ago, thank you......

Several unwanted calls, they don't leave mess-

i wonder how many surveys they actually get completed with this method? this has to be based overseas for them to be getting away with this. have any of you noticed an accent when talking to these people? how about asking where their call center is located? tell them its US law that they state where theyre calling from (even if its not true) and see what they have to say about that. maybe they'll slip up and say the laws in *insert country here* are different. then youll at least know where theyre from. if they dont want to tell you then keep asking to speak to supervisors. let us all know how it goes!
