Recieve a call from this attorneys office "richard sokoloff" they are a collections company! horrible and rude! Ms.Carter is a complete snot didnt want to hear a word i had to say,i tried explaining to her that i will summit to insurance company and she didnt want to hear a word, this was her first call to me! i then called back to speak to the manager, boss or someone above her and i was hung up on by Shanda! i called again and left a message for a don greening and sokoloff. No call back to date and its been 3 days! horrible collection agency!!!!

COLLECTION AGENCY! RUDE AND COMPLETE MORONS! i to have a problem with miss carter! she hung up on me right after i asked for proof of the bill, and explained to her i just lost job, told me she didnt care not her problem and hung up on me!

Why do you waste your time in listening to her? Do like me!!. Don't attend and live happily.

I'm going to file a complaint against Ms. Carter and Sokoloff's office for unethical practices. I have recorded our phone conversation to demonstrate the way they conduct their business. In that conversation she clearly endangered my life and disregarded my safety. After the complaint I will further pursue a law suit against her. If anyone would like to join, I ask you to please e-mail me. With more complaints and witnesses who suffered by her unethical and immoral actions, we have much higher chances for justice to be served. When you e-mail me, I can send you the complaint that I've filed and discuss the next necessary step. I will pursue it regardless of how many people will reply, but as I said; we can be more persuasive, if we can establish a pattern of unethical misconduct. Not willing to listen to anything. Insurance company told me Dr. did not process claim and that why it was not paid. Told Ms. Carter and she did not care...just wanted $ not due them. They are A-Holes

This guy and company is a scam. Called me... I called back...left on hold... realized this is a scam because I do not owe anyone money. I have no debt except a mortgage. Beware of this name.

Had similar experience. Unable to contact Mr. Sokoloff. grrrrr...they garnished from my account! Furious. Also, have insurance, however, insurance co. needed additional information, etc. They don't want to hear about it...only interested in getting money. Lost two family members within one week. Trying to get things in order. They don't care! Horrible!

Them keep calling back and they are really nasty to clients. Not willing to listen to anything.

I have had ongoing issues with this since 2009. Now I have to appear in court because the landscaper who is listed as doctor on plaintiff agreement is trying to sue me.
