I called it back, first blocking my number. It has a recording that says it is a Police fundraising organization of some sort. Which means SCAM. Do not give money to whoever this is.

Called our number, a deep male voice asked for my husband by his first name. When my husband took the phone, no one spoke.

caller id says "PCONY"...no one spoke when call was answered!

Two calls in two days. Caller ID says "PCONY." We haven't answered the phone.

Four calls in as many days. I wasn't home and no-one left a message. Persistent.

Have received several calls in the past week from this number. No messages left on my voicemail. The person hangs up after hearing greeting. I do not answer the call.

Have been called at least 5 times in the last week. Let go into answering machine and no message. I have picked up and have gotten a disconnect after I sad, "Hello."PCONY seems to be a telemarketing software, which I discovered doing a Yahoo search. I am on the DNC, but charitable organizaions, poltical organizations and research firms are exempt.

They call multiple times a week, at all hours of the day. Even on weekends and late at night (one time at 10pm). I called the 800 number listed above and had myself removed. THANK YOU to K for posting the number.

i want these calls stopped
