Lol its just a prank call. If you call, you get a message saying, that your breath stinks. Its just a funny thing and wont hurt to dial.

Just got a text saying that " i gotta tell you about something that just went down, my phone is dying so kall me at this number", it said something about your breath stink and whatever, i just hope i don't get any weird charges on my phonebill.

My friend sent me a text message that said, " Someone likes you and wants to ask you out. Unfortunately my phones about to die so call me on this number: 1-631-960-7178 so I called being stupid apparently and it said," Some one wants to let you know your breath STINKS! They yelled that part and it went on forever. I looked the number up on the computer and it showed up as reported calls.
Got the same message about needing to talk ASAP...my phone is dying, etc. It's a New York area code.
Yeah, that's almost the message I got."Hey, i need to talk to u about something that just went down. my phone is dying, so can you call 631 960 7178 on your cell phone?"

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
