Glad I googled it! I got the same thing "my phone is about to die, but i need to talk to you. its important. please call me at this number: 1 631 960 7178" at first i thought it was a mis-type as my area code is 630 and my friend who sent the text also has a 630 number.how lame

So, I just got the same thing as a text msg from my mom...does that mean she didn't send it? Was her cell phone hijacked?

just got a text that says "I really ned to talk to youmy cell is dying so call me at 631-960-7178.

when you call this number, it's like a prank. its an operator that says, 'Hello, someone thought you should know that your breath stinks..' i didnt bother to keep on listening.

Some freaky chick just sent me that phone number to call her, an it was urgent.....I did, an now I feel like a dork...or maybe she wants me? Thats hot!

I got a text with the same message. Called it twice, because I couldn't believe it. Then I replied back to the number that texted me to "bite me" and they replied ok!!!! Then I paged the number the text came from using my home phone and got a call back! The caller id said it was from a US Gov't phone. I said I was returning his call and what what his name. The guy said his name was Phillip and he must have dialed the wrong number! Guess this is our tax dollars hard at work! Another useful gov't employee hard at work and earning their pay texting prank numbers on their cell phone.
