Got voicemail from this number. Man says he is Carl Ross out of town visiting relatives, but needs to schedule several fumigations of single family dwellings over a period of time. Says to email his brother Ed at . Don't people have anything productive to do?

It's a guy by the name of Frank Pollacco. He is a con artist... works scams in the Toronto area - he pretends to a big shot and cons people into giving his (fraudulent) companies money. Watch out for these other numbers as well - 416-615-0300 416-615-0400, 416-837-8285, 416-825-8285, 416-777-2676, 416-777-2673.

Got the Carl Ross convoluted fumigation call/emails also. Thought it was a sting as they propose to pay two thirds upfront. What is the darn point of this whole thing? BTW, looked up the Jordan-Franks.com and it was created in Dec of 2011. Scam for sure but to what end?How's it work, I'm dying to know :)

I keep getting phone calls from this number. I called phonebusters.com or 1-888-495-8501. All they can do is take a complaint, but if you live in Canada and KEEP complaining then they'll HAVE to do something. I was told by them that if you hang up then you'll be 'bounced' back into sequence no matter what organization or company is calling you. I have had Mary Kay and some other thing calling me. I tried to call it back today and it says that I cannot reach the number, blah blah blah. Phone busters told me to press the # key about 10 times and that should 'bounce' your number out of their system. IF that doesn't work I'm getting an air horn and making some deaf telemarketers. I HATE this number..WHY do they call?????

This fellow has a lot of brothers. I have a pest control business and he want me to contact Ed Ross at Ed@EdRoss.Info. I said this is BS and deleted the message.

I got an automated telemarketing call originating from this number today. I'm based in Ottawa, Canada.

Incoming call to my residence in Hamilton, ON, Canada from 641-715-3900 at 1040 h. on 05 May 2008. I waited silently until the Bot hung up, then called 905-963-1125 per Lucy below --"This number, 641-715-3900 is an automated call and if you wait long enough, you will hear the message telling you to call another number 905-963-1125. If you call this number, you have an option to remove yourself from their call list database." Received a message confirming the 'acceptance of my entry." Wish the Bot would identify its business so I know what database I've allegedly been removed from.
