Received a call from this company at 10 pm. Caller identified themselves as Don Hopkins saying that they had several jobs for us to work. Don said that the was going to be out of town for a week or two, but to email his partner at tim@alcar.info. Decided to google the # and found this post. Thank you for the information!

Received call at 10:01 pm. Same message as one above to CONTRACTOR, right down to the individuals involved. My phone identified the business as ONEPRICETAXES.COM..... What would a tax preparation outfit have to do with rewiring several houses? Gotta wonder.........

same thing, guy is going out of town, needs some single family homes rewired over a long period of time, email tim@alcar.info for more information. caller id says same, onepricetaxes. we are also an electrical contractor so, i am guessing that last week was pest control week and this week is electrical week. weird!

Same here, federal house rewire over time. Leaving town, email tim@alcar.info. Seems the phone number is part of a lot of different businesses according to my search.

I recieved same message and caller id read one price taxes .com which was odd it seems like a sting be careful becuase they sound realistic . The message i got at 7:45pm was that Don Hopkins was going out of town for a week and if interested in rewiring single dwell units to e mail partner tim@alcar.info when i pulled up it was one price taxes.com

we received the same message same day on 7/21...same thing..Im out of town contact my partner Tim at tim@alcar.info he's going to take care of all the multy-family projects....blablabla.....at the begining i thought it's one of our past customers having a new project.........toooooo bad..only a cheap scam

Suggestion to report this number to the BBB is excellent. If everyone did the same then all of North America would be alerted to this foolishness.

"Don Hopkins" called me with work too. Thankful to everyone who posted about this number so I could confirm my suspicion that this was a scam before I ever returned a call or email.
