right..it's nerly 2 in the morning and this number calls me, i answer..nothing...646 is one of the area codes in manhaatin ny.

I get calls from this number with a weird voice saying they want to talk....very weird

I got the same call..it was a guy..i almost sounded like i was on speakerphone i said " hello" 3 times and he did also "back each time, then he said i was being boring as F@#%!!! I went on the site and put in my number and the code it said....well see if it works ...but it was scary...

This number just called me but luckily i didnt answer it!but who or what do you think it iss?

Hello everybody,Not only USA, I got this number called at my indian number that is +91-9417838444. The last digit is intentionally written wrong so that again i couldn't get the call.

I received three phone calls last night at around 2. I only answered twice,but no one responded. The calls are from the Icall.com company. They are free phone calls that users can make. So the number calling you is from someone you know that's trying to bother you. Go the the icall website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Do not call list and follow the instructions.

Ya i got a call from that number the other night. Saying his name is brian and how come i dont remember giving him my phone number. he even knew my name and everythign which REALLLLY creeps me out. Ive never seen that number before , i dont know anyone named brian, or give out my number to strange guys AND nor do i know anyone in new york... i live in california.I basically told them to f' off and sent a text saying do not ever call me ever again.No one has ever called me back thank god.

Man, he might be from india/pakistan. How he got your name etc. i will tell you.One day i was also in need of somebody german citizen details to register on website. so i find job resumes of persons posted on website the quickest way to get even birth details. So he might searched some monster.com and find your resume and called you and know your name etc.Native Americans are doing some foolish things now a days, with no security they are allowing anyone to call anyone through internet. But this is banned in india and the person can get into jail.Secondly, The american army is openly showing their hi-tech weapons through Discovery channel in countries like pakistan. The army got mad, by showing their secrets!!nilesh.

Same with me for the 2am thing.
