I got the same message just a few minutes ago. Guy with an accent, trying to be casually threatening. Didn't say who he was calling for or where he was calling from. Complete scam.

This guy named "Jason" said that there was a lawsuit filed against me. So I proceeded to ask where was his lawyer licensed to practice & what diem was he with. He got upset & said he didn't have to prove anything to me. Little did this guy know I teach US government at a school & know how civil court works. This is a huge scam!

just got the same voicemail, did not ask for anyone, heavy accent....threatnening I needed to call back right away don't ignore, etc. then wishes me good luck! I knew it had to be something illegal! Needs to be stopped!

I received the same BS call from "Jason Clark," He used the same tired script that I've heard in the past. I especially enjoy the "events unfolding" on me bit. (646) 650-3032. I loathe these criminals and their doltish trickery.

Scam total bs! So I got their address and googled mapped it, they couldn't even tell me the name on the building! Jackson,Clark, attorney is Weber, those are some bs names jay Jackson Jason Clark, do not give them any information.

He got upset when I asked him what was this about. Told him I have a discharged bankruptcy and he can give the info to his client. He said this has nothing to do with bankruptcy. He refused my info. He said they are filing civil charges against me tomorrow. I told him this is some bs and when you get it together, have your client call me because you seem clueless. He just wanted to read statements. No thanks.

Your caller was most likely a 3rd world criminal scammer. To try and collect debts which have been discharged through bankruptcy is illegal. The fact that he sticks to the script, most likely taken from an old episode of 'Law & Order', points to a foreign scammer.
