Just received the same message - it made me laugh, especially because this is a law firm. They don't even know who they are calling! Definitely a scam.

They are still running the same scam. They called me last year around the same time (probably because it's tax refund season) with the exact same nonsense from the exact same Indian person. I called back, gave them the name of my attorney, and asked them for ANY information verifying their company.By the end of the call they told me to stop harassing them and said they "didn't want my goddamned money". Pathetic and hilarious all at once. Please NO ONE fall for this nonsense. This just a two person con run by two people sitting in a hut sharing a metal fan.

646-650-3032 --- these people are a scam. they say you owe this or that yet they can't provide with any information including banking information, dates or amounts. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! first red flag is an Indian or Arab descent, i hate to be so blunt but they are always scams if they can't speak good english. if a company that SAYS you OWE a loan cannot provide you with the correct information hang up and don't waste your breath let alone your hard earned money!

I got a call from this jerk also told me to get an attorney? I do not know this jerk at all, and he was calling my home number and leaving me messages? I do not even know how he was getting my home number? But I believe someone was helping him down here? I am not sure? But it has been a nightmare. Someone needs to know who this jerk is?

I received the same SCAM phone message: "My name is Jason Clark and the hotline to my division is 646-650-3032....don't disregard this message, return the call. now! if you don't, and I don't here from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you Good Luck as this situation unfolds on you....Goodbye, and best of Luck." I spoke with the New York Attorney General's Office about this, which directed me to Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Response Center at (877)382-4357. I filed a complain with them. This puts the phone number on record. BUT THEY DO NOT INVESTIGATE AS A RESULT OF A SINGLE COMPLAINT--THEY NEED A DOZEN OR SO OF YOU WHO HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME CALL TO CALL THE FTC AT THE NUMBER ABOVE, AND THEN THEY WILL PUT HIM OUT OF ACTION. Please do your duty as a citizen to prevent this type of fraud against the elderly and others who may fall for this, and report it to the FTC.

Saw I had missed a call and called this number back on block and an man with an Indian voice answered.... Stating he was the IRS...lol. So I asked him what was my case number and the amount in which was past due. Tried to scare him by saying I have been in touch with the IRS and know they do not call from unblocked numbers... The phone went silent. Which I then stated, "well? What's my case number?" and got some hold music and I hung up. Blocked this number and reporting it to the FTC. Fraudsters... Another Blocked Number.

I receive a call just now from this number and i answered the phone with a ear piercing HELLO! in the same accent as his and I must scare him so bad he hangs up. But this people calls from number 347-342-0307 and 646-650-3032 with the same messages and different names, like Jason Smith, John Smith, and others, so I learned to tell them that this call is being recorded, or screaming HELLO!, or letting them know you have already made a report about their call may get them to stop calling for a small period in time, but they start up again, I report to the IC3 and still nothing is being done. Maybe they are just bored and do not have anything to do with their life, so harassing me is always fun for them, when is it going to stop, when we go back to war with them or what?

They calling saying i have a lawsuit filed on me and i know that's not try.... Please stop these calls.... They even have my last 4 digits of my social security number.....

today it is Jason Clark from 646-650-3032, yesterday was Jason Smith from 347-342-0307 same messages. This is a scam - how do you threaten someone and then wish them the best of luck. Go figure..
