Caller claimed to be calling on behalf of my merchant account in an effort to perform an audit to make sure we weren't paying too much. The call sounded crooked from the start, but I played along for a moment, and I asked "what info do I need to provide?" She responded with a copy of my merchant statement. I told her I was suspicious of the call, and she said she understood and just happened to have a supervisor standing next to her that could assure me she was on the level. (hmm yeah... I can see how that conversation went... "hey come here, I need a suprvisor, you're it!) As a last question I asked her for her company name and she replie "sekure cost review" A quick Google check confirmed my hunch. Total scam.

another on time ring three times and hangup. Can't anyone get a handle on these folks?

Called me 5 minutes ago. Asked for me by name and when I said speaking, they hung up. Weird! Everyone here now has the number and has been instructed to just hang up on them.

A call from this phone number came into our office this afternoon asking for our office manager by name, I asked the caller..."can I let her know who is calling?". She said "Vicky from Secure Cost". I put her on hold and spoke with our office manager if she knew the person, she said she did not. I then returned to the caller, told her the office manager was still on another call, and offered to take her number. She refused and said she would call back....a sure sign that they are not a legit company in my opinion. I then "Googled" secure cost and found these other reviews. I now have the phone number written down with others and placed by my office phone. When the call comes in again I can hit the reject button. So tired of all these useless calls.

Being on the DNC is about as good as posting a sign outside a bank saying "Robbery is not permitted"

They call 8 times a day now for 8 days straight. They are disgusting to do this to a business. Guess what? If you get me to answer the phone I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.

Because my husband and I own a business, every one and their mother thinks that they can solicit away on our phone even though we are on the National Do Not Call List and the State of Florida Do Not Call List. If you want the calls to stop from this # call the (866) 437-3189 # BUT do not press Customer Service. Dial "0" for the operator. I calmly and politely told the young lady that if I should receive another phone call from them, my attorney would be filing a harassment lawsuit against them. Haven't gotten a call since. :-)

I temporarily turn off voice mail so I can check the number here while it rings forever. Once I see pages and pages of complaints, I just continue to let it ring till they give up. If I answer or my v-mail answers, they know they got a live one. I mark the call as 'spam' so if it happens again, I already know to let it ring.
