They just called. Asked to speak with the person that handles credit card processing. I told them they weren't available and we weren't interested in a new processor. She replied with "That won't stop me from calling."
These IDIOTS robots calling daily at least twice. mant times,just hang up,,At times demand to talk to the owner...waste..thesde morons should be deported toan island with no chance to return..no respect nor decency....
Called our office this morning. Wanted to talk to whoever handled the merchant account. Told them we were happy with our current provider, but the caller told me they weren't selling anything, just wanting to explain the recent rate increases. Told him not to call again.
Same thing here. Asked for the owner. I told him he wasn't here (he was). Caller ID said New York so I knew it was a scam. He said he needs to talk to whoever handles the credit card machine. I told him we weren't switching companies. He said 'I don't do that, give me (owner's name)'. I told him not to call here again and hung up. SCAMMER!!!
I now keep a loud referee's whistle next to the phone. I joyously blow it as hard as possible when they call.These folk call multiple times per day. We are on the no-call list. They ask for our son, whom we have explained has not lived here for yrs. I tell them to take us off their list. They apologize. Say they will remove us. Never do. They call again.On one call the person goofed and started into her spiel. "You are $100 behind on your account. We can help you settle that over the phone. How would you like to pay?" (Sure let me give you my card number. How about my Social Security too?) When I said I'm not my son, she went off on me saying that I said that I was. No, you assumed I was. I said, "What?", when you asked for my son. Again, I repeated, stop calling.We spoke to our son. His bank made a $100 error on his account. His bank fixed the mistake. I assume these clowns at CCS robo call anyone who may be behind on any account.
