I am on the national do not call list. By law, the caller must check the do not call list every 30 days or fines up to 15k per incident.

Called our office this morning. Wanted to talk to whoever handled the merchant account.I put him on hold for a bit and he hung up.Came up as "unassigned" on Caller ID

"Bob" says he is from Secure Costs. Caller ID says unassigned. Sure, I'm gonna deal with someone who cannot even put their business name in the caller ID. Yup, wasted as much of HIS time as I could.

I usually don't pick up when I see a New York number, as we do not have customers in that area, but this number calls constantly, so I picked up a couple of times and they keep asking to speak to the person that handles our merchant services. I won't pick up anymore!

Caller asked to speak to person A or person B no reason for New York, NY to call small town Kansas. I placed them on hold until they finally hung up and when I called back I got this sales message about the company and how they can lower our credit card processing fees and would provide a free analysis of our statements. There is an option at the end to leave a message with our company name and number if we were interested...

Caller asked for my husband. I asked how I could help. She asked if I was in charge of making decisions about our banking! What? I asked who she was & what company about three times as it did not ring a bell. It was startling & the company name suggests they are dealing with a security issue with ones bank accouunt. Her name was Kenya with secure cost review. She asked "Do you accept MasterCard, visa or american express with your business?" I said why would I talk to you about banking if I don't know who you are? I finally told her "no we don't." She pretty much hung up just after that. Rude. Not looking forward to continued calls if that is how this thing goes.

i get calls from this number daily. no messages left on answering machine. i never answered
