people reported when I rejected their calls it was set to forward to this number 647-580-4001 I called support and discovered that it was indeed set to call forward. I have never imputed these settings and when I attempt to remove the call forwarding when busy, forward when unanswered and forward when unreachable I receive the error Failed to read data unable to deactivate call forwarding when phone is unreachable, or busy or unanswered.
this number just left me another voice mail re: Canada Revenue - advising me not to ignore this call and for me to return the call or have my attorney call ASAP.
Saw this number and did not pick up, but a voice message was left by the caller who claims the are an officer from the Canada Revenue Agency and informs that they are calling about some tax evasion issue
I get calls on my cell phone from this number on an almost daily basis. My cell shows a new voice mail message, but there is never anything there! I find it very annoying. Is there a way to stop it? I have tried to block it from my phone, but to no avail.
647-580-4001 is the Telus voicemail number. When your phone is set to forward calls, they are sent to this number so people can leave a message. I looked in my phone settings and found it came preset to forward calls when my line is busy, or if I don't answer the phone and just let it ring, or when I'm out of a cell zone so I'm unreachable. So anyone can leave me a message if their call does not get through to me for any reason. These settings can all be changed in your phone settings to prevent people from leaving you a message if you don't pick up. I'm on this page because I just received a call from a woman speaking Chinese.
Left a VM at 5:24 am but I was awake and my phone never even rang at that time or even for hours before. I would have answered at that ungodly hour out of fear my kids were in trouble. Anyway the VM was silence. WTF
Same here. Left five voicemails in a row. blocked the originating number which was a 613 area code.
