Get calls everyday on business line. Answered once said they were yellow pages. I verify nothing by phone. Now I ignore the calls as it is just one big scam

Hi, guysSo, they have started to "attack" Singapore. If you read the first thread, it was dated Year 2008. I got 3 calls. The first call, I answered and heard something about "Bank of China" and I immediately said, "I can't take your call" and hang up. They called back twice and I did not pick up.Pls spread this around and tell your frens to ignore this number.
DO NOT EVEN THINK OF ANSWERING THIS CALL - the SPOOFED NUMBERS constitute the joke-on-you, all counting backwards 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-0. These are scam artist j.e.r.k.o.f.f.'s supposedly from Telplex to save you on AT&T, marketing scam.
This number claimed to be the billing service for Century Link and after listening to her spiel, she transferred me to an alleged supervisor who was ready to create who knows what kind of messes. I called Century Link and there's no such connection.
I got a call from a 1-987-654-3210 and when i answered it the person on the other end hung up. I tried calling the number back and it said that is was disconnected, so i googled the area code and is was an invalid area code where are these calls coming from?
