Got a call to but just wondering why firefighters need pledges for curling when there is more important things in life then curling , my cousin is a firefighter and any activities they do comes out of there pockets or they raise the money themselves.

the guy says its Tim from Firefighter donation assassination or some bs and opens up with "nice to hear a friendly voice" please dont listen to these spineless fUc.ks, firefighters do not call for donations

As everyone else is saying. This seems to be a scam call about donations. They refuse to give you any information about the company itself, and does not provide a link to actually look at what the donations are going towards. If they don't accept online donations it is likely because they do not want to have a traceable credit card transaction. Do not give this number any money.

I just got a call guy seemed to nice asked me if i have checked my fire alarms recently and i hung up right after that

its spam asking for donation for firefighter association and will ask if you changed battery of your smoke detectors etc

Got a call from this number, but if I don’t recognize the number I answer and don’t speak. I figured that if it is a genuine call they will say something, and this was not an exception; 60 seconds later they hanged up

Pretending to be a Firefighter assosiation asking for donation but clearly a scam. Donation ranging fro 300, 200, 100. I said I cant afford that and the guy said y not we do either 80 75 or 50. You ask for a letter to be send to ur home and he will not answer it. But diverts to payment .

just got a call from them. I do not think they are real either. What a shame! They are too nice, to be true. I do not think some older person will not go with them, providing their credit card number. Thank you all for warning me!

Called asking for a donation for the firefighters curling association. Was very pleasant but too insistent on a donation even after I said I don't do donations over the phone, and I wanted to verify on their web site. He said they don't collect donations on the web site. I asked for a phone number, he gave me a 1-800 number which also seems to be a scam number. I finally hung up.

Same here, as soon as I told them to give me their phone number to call back to discuss donation - she hang up immediately.
