called cell - caller ID said "Llano, CA" which I have never heard of though I know the state of CA.Blocked.
Called my cell 7:07 p.m. PST 9/15/16. I didn't pick up; no message was left.Have been plagued by these calls for years. Per the online 800notes comments, most claim to be in the home industry - solar, electric, etc. They keep calling, I keep blocking. Alas!
