This phone number called me today and it's the Human Services Department of Kern County. If you are on Medi-Cal or any other service offered by the county they are trying to get a hold of you about your status.

661-633-7440 called me today on my cell and asked to speak to my wife. I told them she isn't here who is this and a rude ** woman states her first name and then states I have her number as XXX-XXX-XXXX and I say that's correct but that's the home number. She asks where is she, I ask who are you she makes some snide remark under her breath and says have a good day and hangs up. Ahhh, you called me lady!

Got a call, went to my answering machine...the voice says they are calling for Miss ***** and we will call back in 10 minutes. Another call, less than 10 minutes later only they do not leave any message. So, I call the caller id number back, there is only a message that says it is DHS but you need to call your worker directly. The have my case under a different last name and do not know me by the name in the first message. It would be nice if when you call, LEAVE A CLEAR MESSAGE WITH A NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED. Don't just call and let it go to message then hang up.

The phone number (661) 633-7440 is identified as "Telemarketing," on my the caller id, so at least they have now been marked in the system. The area shows Bakersfield. Still answered to see what kind of pitch the caller had, but whoever it was hung up on me. Hmmm...

They are the rudest witches on the planet- what did you expect? They think they can get away with disrespecting poor people (and they do)
