I just received a call from my son in Nicaragua. The number that came up on my phone was 661-748-0242. I assumed it was an unimportant call because I didn't recognize the number. But it DID matter: my son had called through Skype. After this experience I will answer a 661 exchange because it may be someone dear to me who is using Skype as their long distance carrier.
