Received a text asking if I wanted to hang out while in town. It sounded like a wrong number. I did not text back and blocked the number. Sounds like a fishing scam.

Texting saying she wants to meet up. Didn't click on text, could only read what popped up.
It said, “ how are u babe its me Jen i am going 2 be in Orlando for the break we actually gotta meet up asap so let me know when ur available” I declined, it insisted it was drunk and apologized. “ lol forgive me I'm sry i've been pretty drunk this vacation been pretty tipsy lol, I think I txted the wrong person can't believe I did that lol soo sorry !!” I said not to worry and to be safe. It made a pass, “ Lol get to know me better and you can see more” I texted back at the bot, Stop. Then reported the number.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
