I just got a call 555 555 5555 I think that someone is using a SPOOF CARD...more and more people use them. I got it on my cell phone. A woman with an accent said something and I hung up.
Call came in on my cell at 3:30 AM (thanks...[***]!)Caller Id = N Dakota - dialed the number and was a fast busy...
On cell phone, recorded message said my card had been locked, press one. Then it asked for SS # . I hung up.Fro # 617 714 0977. In Massachusetts.
Dont answer these calls & please don't be dumb enough to enter your credit card number!!! This is a total scam... They say your account has been locked & press 1 to unlock it, when you press 1 it asks for your cc#... I of course hung up.. These people need to be stopped...

mine came in at 3:30am!! You're right...this bs needs to stop!!when you have kids and get a phone call in the middle of the night it'll keep ya awake!Hope you're reporting to "do not call registry"...May not do any good as there's programs to show a person is calling from different number than they are...
I just got a call at 2:15 AM saying that my Master Card had been locked and to press 1 to talk to a security person. I immediately hung up concerned that it may be a credit card scam.
Got a call from this number claming to be my bank and that my account was locked and to press one to be transferred to the security dept. My bank has been posting details on their website advising never to give out info on phone unless you call them. They will never call and ask for info.
