Received a call from this number. Caller ID read AccuScore. Automated voice stated my Master Card account was locked. To unlock account press 1, then it asked for my 16 digit account number. I hung up. It sure was not my bank calling!
A GOT A STRANGE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. I HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY AND GOT A WEIRD RECORDING. I WAS WONDERING IF SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME FOR CREDIT CARD INFO
I received a call on my cell phone at work about my debit card being locked and asked me to press "1" to speak with the security department to reactivate. In doing so, the next thing was a recording asking me to input my 16 digit card number. My bank doesn't have my cell phone number and believing this to be a scam, I hung up without inputting any more information. I went to my bank and closed my debit card just as a precaution. Be careful everyone. When you're busy, with that type of call, you could unwittingly relay personal info.
same # claiming to be credit card...hung up and called the bank. Phishing for fraud....why issue a number that cant be called back? SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received a call on my answering machine. Message said "My account has been locked. Please press 1 to transfer to security." When I called this number back the recording said "If you do not wish to receive calls from this marketer press 1" a preferred marketing list. I did just that. What a way to make calls. What next? crazy.
Automated call claiming to be HR Block, claiming to have detected "many frauds" on my "pre-paid credit card". Definitely a scam. Caller ID said "AccuScore".
got call from this # on my cell - claimed to be able to lift a "block" on my debit card....wish there was a way to totally blast these clowns off the face of the earth....maybe they can be "sunk" with Space Station in 2020?
wife got awaken from nap by exact same thing....she entered accnt. # and sec. code on back. She called me at work and I had her call card to cancel...... Be careful people....F'n scammers
Got a call from my cell phone from 701-509-8703 at 10:35 MST. Male computer voice said that there was a fraud alert and that my pre-paid mastercard had been locked. Then it said "for more information, press 2." I pressed two and there was a female computer voice that said "to inquire about this card, press 1. To leave, press 2". I pressed 2 and it hung up. Fishing for information, I think...I don't have a pre-paid MC.
