I then did a satellite view of this address and it looks like a house, vacant lot and a large business office. The coordinates are:38.89000000 (Lat) -77.16000000 (long)If you live near this address, look it up and put it on the internet...what/who is there??

This appears to be an international number (+011 prefix may not show up on your phone). I find it impossible to block. Does anyone know who to complain to. I receive a few other +011 calls with 866 and other familiar exchanges.

I think he means when you call the 703 number, etc it will cost you. That's why he provided the 800 number

You are exactly right Bud. I was a working union member for 30 years. It took me going into business, signing union contract, and seeing before my eyes how they don't care one thing for the contractor or the members who are making them all their money. They broke me, a small contractor. They broke the bigggest plant in our town and forced it to close down just like they're doing to the automobile companies. The people who need to open their eyes are the fools who buy into this union propaganda. you will all pay eventually.

I do not answer when they call, but when I have tried to call back I get a someone will call you back message. These folks are annoying and I am getting very tired of their calls. I am on a do not call list yet I continually get unwanted calls from folks soliciting money, especially government run programs. I don't mind calls if they are important or necessary but my husband has his own business and I need my phone free to answer stores who call us for orders. What can be done.

Non-union companies have always been more independent, productive, and successful. That's why THEY didn't need a bailout! Union workers have become nothing but government employees. I hope you DO keep insisting on higher wages and the better benefits. Eventually you and your fellow union workers will "work" yourselves right out of a job!
