Will call anytime your alarm panel (or someones whose notification list you are on) sends in a signal (alarm or trouble, power loss, low battery) no matter what time it is unless account states otherwise. Can only leave a voice mail if account states to leave messages. You can always request to change how they notify you through the monitoring station or through you installation company.

I just changed my number and already this morning I have received two calls from this number. It is a security alarm company that I have never heard of before. They are closed on the weekends so I guess I will have to wait until Monday to call the office directly. Until then I will just have to heal with these irritating phone calls.

Keep getting calls from this number at all times of the day and early morning.

This is an alarm center. I received a call from them because I am on the call list for my mother's Med Alert system.

Yes this is legit. My neighbor put me on the list of numbers to call if they don't answer and their alarm goes off. I remember him telling me he was doing that years ago. They had his address and name and his kitchen sensor had gone off so it's definitely not a sales call.
