I am SO glad I decided to follow my instincts and check these people out. I am new to Avon (2 months in) and I got this same exact email last night from one Mrs. Mary Williams. Now I live in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area in Texas so this seemed a bit more plausible to me. Though the red flags went up for some reason. I am going to respond to her and tell her I can not take check or money order as well and see what happens.
I received a similar email from Joy Sister Modeling Agency today. Even though I told her to go on my website she stil insisted on putting an order via email & paying by check or money order. I'm going to just ignore it.
